Mission of the Joliet Buccaneers is the pursuit of the
following principles:
Commitment
Unite individuals to inspire pro-social friendships, strong
interpersonal skills, and organize athletics through football
among grade school, high school, college and adult age groups
in the community.
Possibility
Unite individuals who want to expand their perspective and
to make themselves aware of life's possibilities.
The Joliet Buccaneers Mission Statement:
To establish a "First Class" Minor League Football club, that embodies professionalism, order, and family-affordable entertainment;
To create and bolster ties in the community; and
To uplift the image of Minor League/Semi-Pro Football.
The Joliet Buccaneers are committed to positively impacting the lives of fans through the
Will County area. Players, coaches, front office staff and their families are involved in
the community appearances, partnerships with other nonprofit organizations, charitable
donations, outreach programs, multiple youth program initiatives throughout the year.
